Mock Interview

The best way to practice for an interview is to simulate one!

To start you off easy, you will be mock interviewing your classmates.

After you read the booklet, you will participate in a simulation.You will be assigned groups of 3-4 on Zoom, with the following roles:

- Interviewer (aka employer) - 1

- Interviewee (aka employee) - 1

- Observers - 1-2

The interviewer will ask at least 5 questions. (Feel free to use the questions from the previous assignment.)

The interviewee will do their best to answer each one in a professional manner.

The observer(s) will provide feedback to the interviewee. You can use this template Download this template

, or create your own notes. If you prefer to listen first, and evaluate after, you can record the interview on Zoom and then watch it back.
